Removal of restriction following death of spouse

My solicitor tells me they requested an expedite to have a restriction lifted on a property that has a sale pending following the death of my husband. I have provided a death certificate and copy of my late husband's Will showing I am sole executrix and beneficiary. How much longer will it take to have the restriction removed please?

I know my solicitor had all documentation (Death Certificate, Certified copy of Will for Alan Keith Dale and ST5) in their posessession on 19th November but when it was actually submitted .....?

Nicola - many thanks. So received 22nd Nov. Expedited and partially processed on 29th Nov. We needed ore from the conveyancer and they replied today. So the case goes back to the casework team to review their response and additional paperwork. 
Hopefully it is all now in order and as it expedited that review will happen asap but it may need to also be looked at by one of our lawyers also but that won;t be known until after that first review
I would suggest posting again Friday morning and we can check again

I would very much appreciate if you could tell me what further information was required from the conveyancer? Also if the casework team now have ALL information required? Or if this needs to 'be looked at by one of' your 'lawyers'?

Dear Nicola - the conveyancer replied to our request but it was insufficient and the casework team have gone back to them today. The submitted paperwork requires amendment and hopefully they can make the amendment and respond quickly.
