Surname in my title deeds has a spelling mistake. What is the fastest way to get it corrected? What documentation is required?

Hi, I have checked my property title there is a spelling mistake on my name. I am attaching a copy of the title, Passport and my driving licence. Could you please get this corrected or advise what I need to do. Thank you
