WSX217643 - Deed of Variation Application

Hi,
There has been a deed of variation submitted for registration on this matter. The chain is ready and waiting to complete subject to this being registered. The Title number is WSX217643 and the HMLR reference is Z937PDV.
The solicitor submitted the application on the 9th December 2025 and advised it has been expediated but on the portal it doesn't look like it has been expediated so can you please confirm if this has been expediated? 
This matter is incredibly urgent as two mortgage offers in the chain have already expired and had to be extended so we urgently need this to be registered before the mortgage extension expire.
