Information on expedited application

Hi,

I am a buyer, waiting for an update to title LL13645 in order to proceed with the purchase. I have been told an application was made to update the register and request to expedite was also requested by the sellers solicitor just over 4 weeks ago.

I cannot seem to get any detail on the application status from the estate agents as to what it is for, what stage it is at or even if it has been accepted to be expedited.

Any help or information would be greatfully received.

Hi Leigh - the expedited application against that title was complete don the 11th Dec and the conveyancer notified.
