I purchased a property in November 2023 (26 Wych Elm Road, LE2 4EF), and I’m still waiting to receive confirmation of the updated Land Registry records. Could you please provide an update on the status of my application?

I’d appreciate any guidance on expected processing times or if there’s anything I need to do to expedite the process.

The application was submitted on 23rd December 2024 and is waiting to be processed. That may not be for a month or two yet. If there is an urgency such as an onward purchase/remortgage then you can request expedition - Request an expedite - GOV.UK
