The casework team advise that they will be contacting the parties involved later to day with an update and an explanation of next steps. What happens next depends on the responses received.

We've contacted the lodging conveyancer (KWW) and they have until end of Nov to respond. So very much for them to confirm and advise here as to the specific details and when they might hope to respond by

Thanks Adam. We understand that following a conversation with the parties, the objection will now be revoked. Are you able to give an indication of how long after you receive notice from the objector (of the revocation) that title may be issued? A property sale is currently waiting on the application (hence the expedition). Thanks

I have responded to your further post in the absence of my colleague.  

We cannot give an indication on timescale until we have actually received something to say the objection is being withdrawn.  If there are no issues then we would aim to complete the registration within a day or two after that.

Hi - it hasn't been revoked so the application and issues raised remain 'live'. I'd recommend speaking to the lodging conveyancer for an update as appropriate as assume you are the onward purchaser rather than the applicant

Thanks Adam. I don’t suppose there’s a further update on this? We gather the objector has sent a letter with expedited status last week. Many thanks again for all of your help with this!

There's always an update and I can confirm the objector's response was added to the cases on 1st Dec. So it's now with the support team to process the withdrawal/cancellation as appropriate.

That should mean the first registration can be completed shortly. I will post again when I have something a bit more definite to share on that front
