Expedited lease extension holding up exchange/completion, mortgage offer expiring

Hi, I have a lease extension going through on my property which was expedited and has passed its 10 working days. My solicitor has replied to all requestions. The sale of my property is dependent on the registration of my lease extension. I have been given a deadline by my buyers for getting the lease registered by Monday the 30th of March as their mortgage offer expires which would cause the collapse of my chain. Please could you look into this for me as it’s been causing me to have sleepless nights? You could probably track the application through one of the title numbers I have of BGL58737 or postcode SW6 4EA/35 FFF Kind regards

Hi Cameron - the application had been partially processed but we needed more from the conveyancer. It looks like they replied last week so will check with the casework team to see if more is still needed or not BGL194219
