Morning. Solicitors have applied for a change to a B3 restriction (I believe that's the case) - any update on when this can be resolved? The upward chain have a RICS valuation which expires this month and have already had to pay to extend this twice due to delays. Anything you can do to help on this would be gratefully appreciated by thje whole chain :)
