The charging order is registered as a form K restriction on the title as it was against one of you and the property is jointly owned.
If you are now trying to apply to cancel the form K restriction then you would need to apply by post using
form RX3 and submit supporting evidence to show that the debt has been paid off/discharged or dismissed by the court.
