Expedited Adverse Possession Status?

Hello,

We are prospective buyers of a property that is currently undergoing an adverse possession application for an unregistered section of land in front of the building or forecourt area. The sellers have informed us that the application was expedited 7th October.

Could you please provide an update on the current status of the application? We are facing a finance deadline.

Hello Caroline - the case is currently with our lawyers to review the survey findings and application as a whole. I'll see if that referral can be escalated for you and I'll share more when I have something concrete to post

Good Morning Caroline - wider checks are now underway with adjoining landowners and the council. Those checks won't expire until after 23rd December unless we receive complete responses from all recipients
