Request for Guidance on Removing Erroneous Equitable Charge from Title Document

Your reply mentioned: "The claimant was the one she named in her reply. You quoted IND Ltd, but that's not the detail on the court order with that reference."

However, the official response (GMM975511/OC/064 - Annex-1 attached) identifies IND as the applicant. I requested the relevant documents tied to their application, but after two months and £21 in payments to HMLR, I still haven't received the original application or the supporting charging order (7XY25992). Instead, I've received unrelated documents.

You also advised: "If you wish to query the reply, just respond to her email."

I replied to Emma/CS team on August 3rd and sent a reminder on the 13th requesting the FV-1 document, but I haven’t received a response (Ref: 240729-3636585 Title No: GM975511).

Please understand that I have contested this entry on the Title Deed and hence need all documents on file, including the application made by IND related to the Unilateral Notice 7XY25992. The time to collect relevant documentation is extremely tight and hence all these endeavours. Your help will be highly appreciated!

G M Faisal - understood and appreciated so I believe you are actually trying to obtain a copy of the application form used to submit the application to register the court order we have been referring to
You applied for a copy of the court order and form UN1 (the application form) and we received that on the 12th August. It is being processed today and the OCs of both will be issued shortly.
