Me and my brother are join tenants and applied to be tenants in common - signature date issue

Myself and my brother signed a Form A severance form on the 1st of September 2022 but never got around to submitting it. Prior to this we signed the transfer to ourselves from the properties previous owner. This was signed on the 16th of July 2022. However, the issue date from HM Land registry was on the 16th of September 2022 (paperwork submitted on the 5th). Will it be an issue that the form we submitted now was signed back in 1st of September 2022?

Context:
- Initial transfer title from original owner - signed by me and my brother on the 16th of July 2022 and submitted on the 5th September 2022 (issued by HMLR on the 16th September).
- Form A signed and dated 1st of September 2022 and submitted about a week ago (we didnt get around to it until now).

Question - will this be an issue?

Mohammad - It should not be an issue as you acquired the property on 16 July 2022. 

Thanks Nimish, thats very helpful. The Title number of my property is SF244884. Could you provide me with an update on the status of my Form A, and an expected timeline by any chance?

Mohammad - The application was received yesterday and will be processed as soon as possible.

Just wondering, how will I be notified once the change has been made? (If not made already?). Will it be via post or do I just need to call and check?

Mohammad - Once the application is completed we would write to the person who submitted the application, and include an official copy of the title register to show the change.  
The application is yet to be processed.
