My expedited application is urgent but not complete- concerned that sale will fall through

I am selling my house and required a TP1 to be completed as there was an error on my title that only came to light with this transaction. There are 7 houses in the chain and everyone is ready to exchange apart from me as I do not have confirmation of the TP1 submission from Land Registry. The application was expedited and the 10 days has now passed. Would you please be able to let me know if there is a problem, and when this will be completed as waiting for this completed TP1 is placing the whole transaction at risk and is a very stressful situation. The title number out of which the property is transferred is WSX393741 (Two Oaks, Slinfold) and it is being transferred to WSX408449 (The Old Surgery, Slinfold). I would very much appreciate hearing from you on this urgent matter.

Hello Christine - received 24th July, expedited 25th July and partially processed on 26th July. We needed more from the conveyancer and contacted them on the 26th.
Whilst they have responded since our further letters of 2nd Aug and 16th Aug have explained why their replies have been insufficient to date. They have as yet not responded to that last contact
You'll need to contact the conveyancer to confirm and to ascertain when they expect to respond in full

I have now contacted my conveyancer and she has confirmed that this morning she completed the requisitions and has uploaded her response to the portal.

Can you now confirm that you have received this and can you give me an idea as to when the land transfer will be completed, so we can move forward with the sale.

Dear Adam, 

Many thanks for your reply this morning. However I have just been given bad news by my estate agent.  I have been notified that the sale will fall through by the end of today if we do not have confirmation this afternoon. Obviously this is devastating news for us. Is there any way at all we can get this done today?
