Expediated Lease Extension Application Delays - House sale at risk

Hi,

I am hoping for more information about the lease extension we applied for please. I don't have a reference number but I can provide you with other information if that helps?

The leasehold title number: HP394779

Date the expediated application was made: Monday 19th August.

We are in a chain that cannot move forward until the lease extension on my property is complete. Several parties are threatening to pull out. Is there anything that we can do? My solicitor has indicated that there have been requisitions from the Land Registry that they have responded to. Are there outsanding queries?

Hi Camilla - there was an issue with what had been submitted and we requested more from the lodging conveyancer. They have responded now so hopefully matters are all in order and it can be progressed asap. I'll check with the casework team to see if they can give me a better steer re timescales from here
