Hi, my solicitor is currently awaiting an update to title deeds on our property we are selling, our buyers solicitor requested it be done before completion it was marked as urgent  As is holding up sale and getting very worried about our next purchase, Is there any way we can find out what is going on? Many thanks.

Katie - many thanks. Submitted on 2nd May and waiting to be processed. It's not been expedited (marked urgent) as yet as no request to do so that I can see. I'll flag it with the casework team and ask them to consider expediting it for you.<br> Expedition gets the case to the processing start line, usually within 10 days (often much sooner). Everything then hinges on it all being in order and capable of being completed <br> The casework team will contact the conveyancer as appropriate once processing starts/is completed <br> CU27450

Thankyou so much for reply my solicitor did say she had requested it to be expedited as we were hoping for completion next week I will speak to her first thing tomorrow morning, thank you again so much for your speedy reply.

Hi Katie - the case has been partially processed but we need more from the conveyancer. They were contacted on the 29th May. I suspect that's what you are referring to so how long that takes is up to the conveyancer and the parties they need to contact <br> CU27450

Afternoon Katie - we've had a reply this morning on the same Expedite case as submitted in May. No new application<br> That reply will be reviewed asap by the casework team to decide if matters can be completed or if more is still required<br> CU27450<br>

Good Afternoon Katie - it has and the casework team replied on 16th June to explain how the reply was insufficient. <br> I'd suggest asking the conveyancer to check for receipt of that email request. The address sent to starts with wj@<br> If not received they should check their online service and/or get in touch to advise<br> CU27450
