Katie - that's really a Q only your conveyancer can answer for you as presumably they identified the 'problem' and then created what they saw as the solution&#160;<br> They can also explain how the problem may not have been identified when you bought but has now arisen when selling as I would assume the seller's conveyancer has raised it as an issue when perhaps your own conveyancer did not when you bought<br> CU27450

Hi Katie - I don't know how long that will take to action but can see the response and request have been escalated on referral. That request was on the 9th and the referral on the 10th&#160;<br> CU27450
