Hi,

Solicitor is preparing revised drawing as requested could you kindly notify me when received. We are chasing neighbour and their solictor daily as we want to ensure our convenyancer can issue contracts and ensure no further delays to house sale.

Thank you for all your help and updates thus far.

We had not realised the timeline for such a tiny piece of garden but appreciate the legal paperwork remains the same regardless of size.

Would it be possible to receive an email if required just to show to conveyancer and more important the Buyers that the process is in play and hopefully resolved soon, assuming new diagram is sufficient of course.

If there is anything further we can do to allow contracts to be issued, please could you advise me? This is our major worry in terms of the sale.

Kind Regards

Hi Darren - no reply as yet. You need to rely on the conveyancer(s) involved to provide such confirmations as they have our corres etc to confirm what's been requested
Likewise re timing for exchange of contracts which is all part of the conveyancing process
BD361665

Hi,

I understand the revised drawings have been submitted as per the Land Registry colour shading clarification and all actioned as requested. Could you confirm this is the case and it's now a case of the documents being processed?

Hi,

Revised drawing was submitted today via email and post we are advsied. Our buyers and estate agent have asked if there is a contact we can proivde for Land Registry in relation to this matter. All parties are desperate for matters to progress with the sale, and lower down chain there are potential issues with mortgage offers expiring soon.

Is there anything I can do to liaise with the person processing the documents so our Convenyancer can issue contracts to our Buyers, to avoid the collapse of the sale.

Regards

Darren

Hi Darren - the last contact we had from the conveyancer was on the 19th May when they asked for more time to respond. That was granted on 20th May and nothing from them since
There's no contact point for others to use re progress/insight and they should rely on the lodging conveyancer to keep them informed/up to date
I would suggest confirming with them again
BD361665

Hi land registry confirmed plan accepted and we are 6 days in to the 10 days they advised our neighbours conveyancer.

Can you advise if my conveyancer can now obtain the updated documentation to issue contracts for the sale of our house as the chain is very anxious and we are worrying constantly the chain may collapse.

Will the new title plans automatically be uploaded when processed? This is what I am trying to confirm so my conveyancer can proceed?

Hi Darren - I'll check with the casework team for an update re progress
Until the registration is completed there's no updated documentation available. The new plans will be available online as soon as matters are completed
BD361665

That’s greatly appreciated. I have an email and name for the neighbour conveyancer if that helps? They emailed my neighbour as I say 6 days ago.

Darren - a positive response from the casework team although they need the conveyancer to do one more thing and have contacted them accordingly. Hopefully they can respond quickly as should be an admin detail only.
If they do and by morning matters should be completed then
BD361665

Hi Adam, apologies for mesagging yet again. Are you able to check for me if the conveyancer has responded on the admin query, I spoke to my neighbour last night and he was in touch with his conveyancer/solicitor. I have had the estate agent for the buyer call again today which is proving a daily occurrence. I am just hoping to get confirmation that maters are complete and new plans wil be available online.
