Lara - I'll do my best. You originally enquired about title SY910167 which is a provisional new title application to transfer a part of your own title, SY559392 to Earlswood There is then a second application against your title SY559392 to register a Deed of Grant against it and another title SY880774. And that has it's own prior application, the Phillips Law one, which is the first domino needed to fall. Once that one is completed things can move forward

Ok thanks Adam I think I understand the sequence of events. Is the Phillips law query likely to be resolved easily once they respond? And once that has completed, things should be able to progress at pace? Are you able to divulge what the hold up is with regards to Phillips law? Thanks

Lara - I would expect it to be, yes, but you can never be certain re such things until you get a response. Likewise the 'at pace' as always a chance that new issues arise re later applications. I can't share the specifics re their application and the identified issues. I would recommend picking one thing off at a time with any help your own conveyancer can offer in contact with Phillips Law for example

Thanks Adam, Phillips Laws have just confirmed this morning that they have now responded to the query and hopefully that should complete the matter.

Lara - indeed, just now. Will see where that reply takes matters and will update you once I know more
