Hi Lara - I have replied to your question in the absence of my colleague. We have had a partial response on the prior application and wrote back to the conveyancers (SBP) yesterday.

Hi Lara - In our opinion it should be simple to resolve but it depends on the conveyancers involved. We have written to them again yesterday evening to clarify our requirements and are hoping this will help in getting the matter sorted quickly.

Lara - they were contacted on the 25th June so we would not generally chase them again as par tof the casework process so soon after that contact. I'll see if I can reach out to them with an email nudge but can't guarantee it will have any impact sadly.
