Hi I am in the process of registering my home rights my surname is different to my husbands, do I have to send any documents along with it? Thanks 

Hi Ganga - married couples don;t always share or take the same surname/names so you don;t have to provide any additional documents. Panel 11 of the form HR1 references your entitlement to apply as a spouse
