Mel - the request for more information should have included a plan to help explain what one of the issues were. That was provided yesterday so the ball is in the conveyancer's court to respond in full before any next steps can be considered and taken
This will take time to process - just want to be clear about that as there are stages to be completed and each one is reached in turn
