We filled in the form 8 months ago so our wills would decide who are the beneficiaries. Unfortunately my health is deteriorating and I'm now in hospital with a heart condition. I'm worried that if the change is not implemented then I could die and my will would not be implemented the way we wanted to. Please could we get the change expedited?
