Hi Abe - still waiting to be processed. Current estimated date is 3rd March but it is only an estimate so it might not be processed until later but could also be sooner W599HBV

Abe - it could still be a while yet but feel free to post again to check. But as you applied you will be contacted by the casework team when processing starts so perhaps wait for that contact first.<br> Your commented is noted and appreciated but this forum isn't like others online in that it's not inhabited by a community of posters - just me/us at HMLR and the poster themselves.<br> And digital means alert me/us to posts and fortunately we can stay on top of them reasonably efficiently.

Hello Abe - The application is still waiting to be looked due to the delays that we have. The estimated completion date is to help customers understand how long their application is likely to take. It is an indicator we provide based on average time it takes in processing similar applications. Our estimates are based on recent completion data for applications of the same type as yours, specifically looking at the range of times taken to complete 70% to 90% of similar applications. However, many of the applications that process are defective and require us to raise queries or require some additional actions. These are issues outside of our control. We also process some applications quicker because, for example, they have been expedited upon request due to a dependent transaction or the delay in registration causing hardship to the customer. This means at times the application will take longer than the estimated date. If the delay is causing you any difficulties then I would suggest you consider request to expedite it - https://www.gov.uk/guidance/request-an-expedite I hope this helps.

Abe - there is no definitive estimate to share as the wait has been longer that expected. That means processing will start as soon as possible and when it does the casework team will be in touch as appropriate&nbsp;
