Garage exchange title paperwork? How long would it normally take?

Good afternoon,

I posted a question on here a year or so back but cant find my original post?

We carried out an en bloc garage swap with a neighbour and used a solicitor to carry out the land registry side of things. At the time there was a siginificant delay at the land registry but its now been nearly 4 years since starting this process and 2 years since lat contact with the solicitor.

Is there still a significant delay in these applications going through?

I dont have any of the details such as ref numbers but can provide my address etc. 

Is there aynone who can help?

Steve - ok so there are two registered titles in your name, namely WR196571 and HW138187 and both registered in March 2023 and Dec 2022 respectively
WR186571 relates to the garage at the end of the bloc and at the very rear of your property as registered under the second title.
You can check and confirm both titles online - search using the title numbers
