Status of Expedited Application

Hi Adam, that's great to know thank you. Yes we will need both plots processed in order to proceed with our transaction. Once that is done too, when will I be able to buy a copy of the final plan online? I tried a few weeks ago but it failed, I assume because it was and is being actively worked on.

A S - I should know more in the next 24/48 hrs. Title plans re the seller's title and the new one for 46B are available online. The only one that won;t be is the new one for 46A.
'New' title plans wouldn't be available but the seller's title plan (WYK732997), albeit not updated, would always be available but back-dated

However, we are now waiting for application reference T954NCT. Are you able to advise how this is proceeding, please? 

Hi A S - that specific application was cancelled on 1st Feb so no longer a live application. Worth checking with the conveyancer(s) involved to clarify matters as they would have been advised re cancellation and reason(s) at time

Thank you Adam. Is there any live application against title YY117951 at all? Perhaps like last time it was replaced with another one?
