DS1 application update

Dear Sir/Madam,

In January, a DS1 form was submitted to apply for the removal of a charge on the property with the title deed NK322021.

The solicitors have not been able to provide any updates.

Could you kindly inform me about the status of the application?

Dear F Yang - we had an application received on 5th Feb but it was cancelled on 9th May and the conveyancer notified. 
Unfortunately their application was incomplete and they did not respond to our requests dated  12th Feb and 10th April.
You'll need to confirm that and the specific details as to what was missing/requested with the conveyancer

Dear Adam,

Thank you very much for your prompt reply. The solicitors had informed us that "there was no progress, nothing from the Land Registry," which clearly was inaccurate. After we complained to the solicitor on July 24th, we were informed that a new application has been submitted with the reference number: R755VMT.

Could we please ask if there are any updates regarding this new application with REF: R755VMT ?

Dear Fuyu - resubmitted on 24th July as you state and still waiting to be processed. That's not likely to be for a while yet as we have a backlog of this type of work. The application and removal of the charge is protected.
