Expedited application for deed of variation

Hi there,<br> <br> My solicitor said they were going to submit an expedited application for a deed of variation. Are you able to tell me if it has been submitted and accepted and its current status. It's the last thing that's outstanding in a long process and we'd love to try to exchange before Christmas if that's possible. Hi Mark - we received an application to register a variation of the lease yesterday evening.<br> They will need to request expedition next to fast-track the case to enable processing to start asap. Mark - they have since had it expedited and it has been partially processed. Such an application has to be reviewed by a senior technician and that will happen asap. We can't offer a definitive timescale but feel free to check for another update early next week<br> EX974941

I realise the application has only been with you for a few days but are you able to ask the senior technician for an update and a possible ETA? Hi Mark - the casework team are about to go back to the conveyancer as the application is lacking.
