Unfortunately, not having the title is causing a delay in our house sale (and thus finances). Francesca - I'm afraid not as that would be for the conveyancer to confirm/clarify for you as they are the ones who have made the application. Hopefully it's a simple amendment they need to make re what's been submitted&#160;<br> WK541768

Adam, I am pleased to say that the requisition was answered yesterday and was a simple clause change initially missed by the casework team. Hopefully this can now be completed promptly. With many thanks for your help in getting to this stage.<br> <br> Would you please notify me once this has been acknowledged/processed by the team and also whether there are predicted timescales i.e. how long this usually takes to come through once all requisitions are answered. With thanks.

Francesca - unfortunately the casework team have had to raise a further issue with the conveyancer today. It was 'missed' from the original request. Hopefully it's something they can remedy quickly&#160;<br> WK541768

Once our conveyancer has replied, is there an approximate duration this takes to process?<br> <br> Our chain is reliant on this and it is already having financial implications so we are very anxious about these delays.<br> <br> Thanks again

Our conveyancer answered the further missed requisitions yesterday. If you would be so kind to please update me that the case team have received these, they are sufficient and the application is now being processed. With many thanks
