Urgent lease extension needed registered after requisition

Please may you check the application title: k476294 App ref: D375NGV The lease extension has been expedited for 10 working days and solicitor have just responded to requisition yesterday with additional Power of Attorney which took week and a half to get. My buyer is not proceeding until it is registered so really quite urgent with this. Scared it will fall through soon. Please help.
