OS2 Delay

<p>Hi, please could you kindly check the status of a OS2 search for 1 Smithy Row, Hurst Green, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 9QA - our solicitor applied for the search on Monday 26 January but unfortunately the search was not returned 5 days later and this prevented the chain from completing on 30 January. &amp;#160;Please could you look into it and try and return no later than next Tuesday 3 February so we can complete next week? As you can imagine, the delay in returning The OS2 to our solicitor is causing the chain a lot of unnecessary stress and additional costs so your help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.</p>

Hi Philip - the original OS2 was submitted on 26th Jan but rejected on 28th due to a poor plan. The OS2 was resubmitted at 3.07pm on 28th Jan was completed at 5.44pm on 30th Jan and the result issued<br> Hopefully your solicitor can confirm and completion can now take place&#160;<br> LAN53465
