Status of pending applications on title AGL607122

I am the buyer of a leasehold property and would be grateful for an update on the pending applications against title number AGL607122. There are two pending applications showing on a recent official search: one to amend the title plan, lodged 17 December 2025, and one to amend the register, lodged 12 February 2026. I understand the sellers have consented to these applications being cancelled, and that a cancellation and possibly an expedite were requested. Please could you confirm the current status: are these two applications still pending, cancelled, or completed, and if still pending, is there an estimated completion date or have they been expedited? My purchase and mortgage are being held up pending a clear priority search, so any update would be much appreciated.

Ahmed - the Dec application has been cancelled. The February amendment remains in place and is with our lawyers. I have asked the casework team to escalate it and that generally means progress can be made in the next few days

Ahmed - I understand from the casework team that matters have now been approved for completion at our end and that should be today. The lease under AGL607122 is being closed and Leasehold title MX460698 has been reinstated in it's place. Confirmation will be issued to the registered owners along with copies of the registered information. From you perspective you and your conveyancer should be able to view the registered information online from tomorrow
