I'm currently in the process of selling my property, and the buyer's solicitors require one of the actions to be completed with the Land Registry to proceed to the exchange of contracts.
My solicitors raised a request last week, and our expedite request was approved by Land Registry. I understand that the processing time is now up to 10 working days. However, we are very tight on time since it's a shared ownership property and the extended RICS valuation expires in exactly 4 weeks. We urgently need to have the request completed as soon as possible.
Due to the vacation season, my solicitors take a few days to respond, so I cannot ask them to check the portal for the status of the request as their response time is delayed. Therefore, I kindly ask if you could provide me with an update on whether the request has already been processed. Unfortunately, I do not have the request number, but the title number is SF688556.
