Request for update on a land transfer registration

Please may I have a confirmation of receipt and a status update of a TR1 submission using e-DRS on the 20th October 2025 concerning DN772673. Thank you.

Hi Dave - the casework team have been trying to contact the conveyancer but with no direct joy. They have though now managed to leave a message with someone at the firm and hopefully they can pass on the details to the conveyancer involved. There's nothing to be concerned about as it reads to me as if they simply need to iron out the paperwork submitted as it appears they've submitted two applications for some reason. An admin error I'm sure but will update again once confirmed DN772673

Hi Dave - 26th Feb initially but no reply as far as I can see. The contact re the duplicated application was only made after you got in touch here. We are now waiting for the conveyancer to submit additional documentation
