Shah Khan - the case is with our lawyers to decide next steps as appropriate. They are already aware of the urgency. I'll post again when we have an update WK103672

Hi Adam - I am aware it is with the lawyers, and has been since the start, you mentioned in your previous message in March that lawyers were waiting for “more” and had given the other party till 2nd April - did they receive a response? If so, what was it? If not then how soon can our HR4 application be processed?

Hi again Shah Khan - we have received a response and that and the application needs to be reviewed by the casework team. We would not share such specific details in a public forum. If you want 'more' yourself then please use the contact form and your enquiry/request can be considered by the lawyer/support team and responded to as appropriate. You will be better served by putting your concerns/enquiries on record as part of the casework process WK103672

Hi Adam - (speaking from previous experience) I am unlikely to get any update via “contact us” form however I have requested for “more” as per your advice - reference number 260409-6021639

Hi Shah Khan - noted and appreciated but your contact will be included as part of the formal/recorded consideration of the case. You should get a response from the casework team but that may not be as quick as perhaps hoped for. I'll make a note to keep an eye on the actual application and if it looks like it has stalled for some reason try to escalate it as appropriate WK103672
