There is a process to be followed and the specifics provided by both sides have to be dealt with as appropriate. Unfortunately such matters will take time especially where both sides are not in agreement and issues arise re the application(s) submitted. Far better for your case to ensure whatever you want to share is submitted formally through the contact us form so that everything is on proper record re the application as submitted and your objections

Hi Adam - thank you for the update. I have contacted via form to get the specifics 260519-6195157 - from my previous experience, I did not get any updates via email/post whilst dealing with the HR1 application issue previously, all/any information was provided by yourself. In actual fact I am yet to get any “official” response for my HR4/AP1 applications. You are the only person who confirmed via this forum that they had be completed. I keep coming back here as I see this as the only way to get any sort of update

Hi Shah Khan - noted and appreciated. There are two things to stress here re contacts/applications. The first is that everything specific to do with the application(s) made by you and anyone else have to be considered on merit and over time depending on what's submitted, by whom and what 'more' is required to progress matters. There are clearly much wider issues in play here but the registration is a fairly rigid one aiming to be fair and consistent with all parties involved, including ourselves. Whilst ultimately a resolution is found, and a register updated or not, that will always take time and often require a degree of contact with those involved. Such contacts are not immediate and are often in stages depending on what's happening etc. For that reason you will only be contacted as part of the casework process when there is a reason to do so re your specific objection/application. You are not for example kept informed of each and every step taken.

And the forum is just that. A means of users sharing information and seeking answers to commonly asked Qs. It's also a contact channel where users might want answers to very specific and ongoing applications. That's fine but there have to be limits with regards what we can discuss and share in a public forum especially as none of what's discussed forms part of the official record re application/objection. The forum's purpose is very separate from the application/objection/registration shared purpose. As such by all means ask for an update and I will do my best to explain what I can and that things remain ongoing. But if there's anything else linked to the specifics involved please do use the contact us form to ensure that the details are on record.
