OS2 search

Morning Adam, the saga continues and our solicitors have landed something else on us last minute. They are waiting on the return of an OS2 search so we can now exchange today to complete tomorrow. Are you able to see if this is in progress and when it was submitted? The address is Plot 3 Orton Park, 3&#160;Badham Close, Twycross, Atherstone CV9 3HA<br> <br> thanks<br> <br> emma

Afternoon Emma - they have submitted an OS2 and that would be 'normal' when you are buying for example. We recommend that people submit such a search at least 5 working days ahead of completion to allow sufficient time<br> They submitted it on Friday (4th) and in most cases OS2s are processed within 24/48 hrs depending on how 'active' the actual seller's title is.&#160;<br> As such I'd expect it to be processed today but will check/confirm with the team who deal with OS2s to be sure<br> LT529270

Thanks Adam, anything you can do to chase would be really appreciated. We’re having an absolute nightmare here with everything. They should have submitted it sooner but for some reason didn’t and now we’re stuck.&#160;

Hi Emma - I can't but have escalated my request for help.<br> Unfortunately we don't expedite official searches as the service delivery is 3 working days and as such the processing teams will rarely be able to hasten such a request<br> I can but ask though&#160;<br> LT529270

Hello. Please could you help with checking what is the progress for OS2 search for plot 136, Flat 19 Headway Court, 28 Tramyard Close, N12 0FF? My solicitors confirmed it was submitted 3 days ago but no response yet. We allowed 5 days until completion set for 25 February. Is there any progress on it? Many thanks

Hi Adam, please would you be able to assist with checking the status for an 0s2 search. Reference is H3SMMTC. Submitted Tuesday 3rd march. We are all set to complete today and my moving company is booked with no refunds so I'm starting to get really nervous. My solicitor said it usually comes back the same day but today is day 3. Any help at all you can give to help get this over the line to complete today I'd be so so grateful. Thank you!

Hi Emily - submitted 3rd March and completed yesterday. OS2s generally take 2/3 days
