Hi, Could you please advise the current status of my expedited request to register a new build Ref: XA4B786. My solicitor, apparently, responded to requisitions on 2 July 2026 but has had no further response. Thank you

Hi Mark - I'll check with the casework team for an update. The solicitors last contact was on the 16th July

Hi Mark - I'm afraid the applicant hasn't provided all the requested information. The casework team have gone back to them today to explain what remains outstanding. Hopefully they can respond quickly to enable the application to be progressed further. Sorry XA4B786

Hi again Mark - having said that I can now see the applicant has responded today so will have to ask the casework team to have another look.

Many thanks Adam, I hope I'm not being overly optimistic, but I have a dependant transaction with an expiry date of 8 Aug 2026 that I would really hope to meet. Fingers very much crossed.
