House sale going through but been advised of a restriction on the house

i am in desperate need of advice I have completed my IVA on the 25th of April, still awaiting the completion certificate. However we have our house “under offer” and the buyers solicitor has informed us the house deeds still have a restriction on it! My supervisor at Bennet and Jones informed me in May that the restriction is took off quickly upon completion.
how can I find out if this is being processed? 

Hi Anthony - do you have the title number/postal address and I can check to see if there is an application with us to remove the restriction?

I don’t have the title but the postal address is
number 3 postcode TS17 0PS

Anthony - many thanks. So we have an application submitted on 4th June and waiting to be processed. I'll flag with casework colleagues and ask them to expedite it so that processing starts asap.
