Property purchase - awaiting application update

Hello, hoping you can help. I am in the process of purchasing a property with title number MX151710. We believe the solicitors have applied for the removal of charges and the application has been expedited on 27th March 2026. Please could you confirm: 1) the application has been made to remove the charges 2) it has been expedited 3) the current status of the application and if there are any recent updates. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it will affect our ability to proceed with completing the purchase. Many thanks, B.

Hello B T - an application submitted on 27th March was completed and the register updated on 30th March. I'd suggest speaking to your conveyancer to confirm and to clarify current position re the sale/purchase MX151710

Hi B T - the register is updated on completion of an application. The updated register is then available immediately online to be checked as appropriate
