Please help!

Hi there, We had to make an amendment to our deed title to reflect a change to our leasehold agreement. A certificate of compliance was requested from our landlord which we provided a month ago and we have still not had confirmation the deed has been updated. This is now delaying our sale and we risk losing our buyer due to their mortgage deal expiring. Please could someone help look into why there is a delay. It has already been expedited.
