We are in the process of buying a property and the title register date of transfer doesn't match the date on the TP1 - it's a general clerical error. This has been escalated, can you check the status of this please as to whether the escalation due to pending sale has been accepted. Ref:DN352200

Thank you for your quick reply, does this mean the amendment can't be made with the current supporting information?

As thinks stand we either need more from them or an actual application to amend the title.

This should have been received as far as I'm aware. An application has been made. Can you please confirm?

Hi Adam, Thank you for your previous updates. I have now been informed that the solicitors are waiting for HM Land Registry to confirm its position. Could you please let me know whether HM Land Registry is now waiting to make a decision, or whether you are still awaiting anything further from the applicant?

The last contact from us was 8th July and no response as yet. The contact of 8th July explained the position and required the conveyancer to respond. There was a contact from the conveyancer on the 8th but that was to explain the urgency and no more. If they have not received the letter dated 8th July they should contact us direct. DN352200
