Update on Expedited Application Pls.

I'm trying to get an update on a current Land Registry request for a new build/leasehold. I'm buying a shared ownership property, my solicitor told me the request was expedited in October last year, but still the property hasn't been registered, or i'm still not able to complete on the house purchase. I was wondering if anyone could give me an insight into where things are at? all i get from my solicitors is that it's still with the Land Registry and there's nothing they can do.

I've already had my mortgage offer expire and I've had to get it extended, luckily the rate didnt change.

Should i post the address?

Thanks S M - processed 1st Feb but we need more from the conveyancer. They were contacted on 1st and we await their response
Hopefully they can confirm for you, explain what's needed and advise as to when they hope to be able to respond.

Ah, thanks for the update,  can you tell me how close it is? Is this in the latter stages? I don't get any joy from my conveyancer, they just say its with the Land Registry.

S M - whilst it is with us the ball is very much in their court. I'd suggest going back to them to ask if they have received our request and what they are doing re same also
