can we please know how long will be to have our title update on the system as our buyer waiting for this and we need to exchange our property by the end of this months.
The title is BD353193 as we are in the situation to be lose our new purchase.
We don't have any fault in this I think.

Gina - the application is progressing but there are prior applications against the seller's title that are impacting and have to be considered/processed ahead of your own.
We should know more in the coming days so I'd suggest you post again nearer the end of the week to see if I can update you further

Hi we are in critical situation to lose our buyer and get our purchase away.

Hi Gina - I'm sorry to read of the issues you are still facing. However we can't complete the registration at present as there is a prior application against the landlord's title that must complete before your own.
We have notified your conveyancer of this and did so again on 6th Feb to explain what was required.
Please speak to your conveyancer, PCS, and ask them to confirm and to clarify when they expect to be able to respond. If they are able to do so and in full we can then hopefully complete the registration

HI Gina - they replied yesterday at 7pm so the reply and case will be referred back to the casework team to review. And if now in order it should be completed swiftly

Gina - it's ok as fortunately I picked up on both channels so have amended messaging to match, hopefully. 
Do appreciate the urgency and stress but if you use multiple channels you risk adding to that if you then receive slightly different replies. 
I'd suggest sticking to this channel as easier for me to manage and to perhaps show more empathy

Ok I will tell my partner to not write apologies we are on stress as agency call us that we lose our property if this not done.
