How long will registration be?

We completed on a property in Dec 2021 and still nothing received about registration. Our circumstances may be changing so need to know how long this will be.

Nicky - lodged Dec 2021 so it's long wait should be over soon. If your circumstances do change and that means it needs to be fast tracked then your conveyancer/you can request expedition as appropriate and when the urgency is confirmed

Our solicitor put in a request to expedite last Friday. How long does it take for this to be accepted for expedite?

Nicky - it's been escalated as processing had started but I'll flag it with colleagues to ensure it is actioned asap.

Hi Nicky - they did and I'm advised that it is being worked on by the team as I type. There are complexities involved re the plans/extents involved that need to be ironed out but I'' keep an eye on it and update again here when I can see it has progressed enough to share

Hi Nicky - we've contacted the conveyancer (16th) to advise that there remains an issue with the Transfer plan that needs to still be sorted. We've contacted the developer as well to confirm matters

Hi. My solicitor has chased the developers solicitors who have advised they have provided the required information. Hoping we are nearly there now!!

Hi Nicky - no reply as yet from the lodging conveyancer so I assume they will do so shortly and provide the response from the developer

Hi Nicky - the developer replied and we have gone back to the lodging conveyancer to confirm what happens next, if they agree. We contacted them yesterday allowing 10 days for their response

HI Nicky - the application has been completed and the registered information now available online. Confirmation has been issued to the conveyancer 

Hi. My solicitor advised they needed to return documents to land registry as there was a problem with the registered address when they received them. She says has chased but still not received anything. Could you check on this for us please?
