Hi there, please may you update me on how far the application for title register: WYK731332 has gotten?

Is there any hold ups you need information or amendments for? Please let me know.

Hi Mohammed - received 26th Feb and waiting to be processed. That's unlikely to be for a number of weeks yet but the application and transfer of ownership is protected

Ok. Thank you for tour prompt reply. What do you mean by the application and transfer being "protected"?

The application is to update the register re a transfer of the legal ownership. So that 'new' ownership is protected from the date of submission. So whilst the wait time is much longer than we would all hope for the delay is not something to be concerned by
