If a conveyancer lodged it then check with them to confirm

Hi Nicola - the application is still with us whilst wider checks are completed. Those checks involve contacting the Council and they have until the 29th Feb to respond. If they don't respond by then the application will be reconsidered as soon as possible after that date

Hi Nicola - only that we have received conflicting replies from the Council and have asked them to confirm. They have until 11th March to do so as things currently stand

Hi Nicola - the case has now gone back for a what should hopefully be a final review after the extra time, allowed for the council to confirm or otherwise next steps, has just passed.
Hopefully we will know in the next few days if all ok and completed
