No response on application since Mar 2023

Hello, please advise the application status of M693WXS which has been submitted in March 2023?  

Dor Lam - there's a prior application from the same conveyancer and we contacted them on 5th January to try and ascertain whether they wanted to withdraw the prior application in light of the one you refer to.
We await their response which we need to enable us to proceed.
The lengthy wait time until now is unfortunately due to a backlog of this type of work
