Delay with registration

YY126179 - Our registration is held up as the RXC form provided has been signed by Green Homes group, which is now trading as Green Belt Group. We are being asked for a signed RXC from the Green Belt Group, which is causing delay. Is this really needed when all of the relevant info is availableon Companies House?

Matthew - there's no application pending against that title number. Can you check and confirm it please? Or if that's what you have then what's the postal address involved?

Looks like we contacted the conveyancer on the 10th Feb and are awaiting their response.<br> I'd suggest speaking to them as what they have submitted is not sufficient to complete the register update. And if they think the Companies House info is the solution then they can point to that in their reply<br> The registered details and what they have supplied don't match - they need to resolve that in their response<br> YY44491
