just had confirmation from the conveyancer that they have received requisitions relating to our plot 4 today and will be responding to these today. 
Please can you confirm if once these have all been resolved our application will be able to be completed or is it still reliant on the requisitions of other plots been resolved?

Hi Hannah - if they are able to respond in full to all the points made then the application should be ok to register. There's nothing I can see that at present would prevent that from happening but the final decision lies with the casework team.

Afternoon Hannah - we had a reply on 23rd and we have responded today to explain what remains outstanding

the solicitor has informed me they have replied to all outstanding requisitions for our plot 4.

please can you tell me if our application is going to be processed?

G A Hannah - they did on 27th and we responded on the 28th as what they provided was insufficient. Hopefully it's an easy thing to resolve
