Application update

We are due to exchange on a property however we have an issue with the boundary not matching the transfer deeds. The vendor solicitors submitted an application and the last thing we have heard was that LR were ordering historic plans and deeds. Has there been any update since the 4/8/26? Helen B - The concerns were investigated and it was found that the title was registered correctly. We replied to the solicitors on 8 August under the reference you have quoted.
