I am hoping that my solicitor has now sent through the DJP to remove my dads name from the register to you as we are currently selling the home but the buyers wont budge until this has done. apparently this has also been expedite?

how long does this take to remove the name as we were trying to complete before Chritmas
what information would you require to take a look?

Hi Anne - many thanks. So we received it on 6th. It's been expedited and processed but we need more from the conveyancer and they were contacted earlier today.
You'll need to contact them to confirm and to clarify what's needed and how quickly they can respond.
Once they do and in full we can complete the registration
